Reporting to the CEO, this critical role will be pivotal to our growth plans and will be directly responsible for the acquisition and retention of Queensland schools to participate in the Life Education programs. It is also a key requirement to develop and maintain community funding partnerships, particularly Communities for Children and the Primary Health Network, as well as seek new community and corporate funding partnerships.

As part of the Business Services team, you will be responsible for maintain Life Education Queensland’s technology and the resolution of technical issues relating to equipment and software, together with responsibility for the ongoing implementation of Salesforce, ensuring it is supporting our business needs.
You will manage a ticketing system of various levels of IT requests and will respond to each in a timely manner with a focus on excellent customer service. You will monitor computer systems and networks, including security and be responsible for all ICT assets including setting up hardware and software.
Being competent in Salesforce, you will work with internal users to ensure the system is providing adequate solutions in line with changing business needs. You will be articulate with Developers with systems requests or changes and will be responsible for the testing and implementation of these affects.
Training will be a component of the role and you will be experienced in delivery effective training to various user groups on ICT services, including Salesforce.Find out more
