In this role you will work as part of the greater marketing and fundraising team and play a vital role to help increase revenue in support of our vision of generations of healthy young Queenslanders living to their full potential.
You will work closely with the Marketing & Fundraising Manager to help develop and implement an effective fundraising program across multiple channels including regular giving, community fundraising, peer-to-peer, acquisition and retention campaigns, matched-giving, partnerships, grants and appeals.
You will have responsibility for all donor acquisition, retention and care through our regular giving program; manage face to face suppliers; motivate and inspire regular donors, together with management of declines, saves, reactivations and upgrades. An important focus will be on strategy development and implementation of online donations through digital campaigns to acquire single and regular gifts.
The scope of the role also includes identification and submission of suitable grants, and corresponding acquittals; management of our online platform (KPT website), supporter communications (eDM) via automated journeys and manage fundraising social media, manage budgets and reporting and evaluation.

Due to growth, we are seeking an engaging and enthusiastic Sexual Health Educator to promote and deliver our programs to local schools in Bundaberg and the surrounding Wide Bay region. The majority of the content will be sexual health based, delivering to senior primary and high school children.
To be successful, you must demonstrate confidence to deliver the required content to school age children, and parents, and also supporting classroom teachers with content integration. A teaching qualification is not mandatory however previous training and facilitation skills to primary children, together with a passion for sexual health will be essential.
Applicants with the required experience and skills that have a background in education, health promotion, sexual health or nursing will be highly regarded.
There is a travel requirement in the role and the successful applicant must be willing and able to travel regionally as required. This will include overnight stays. A current unrestricted drivers license will be essential.
