The Student Kindness Journal is a printed set of 30 notebooks featuring guided questions about kindness to self and others. Journals include the daily Kindness Pledge and a page for each day of the 5-week program. Students use their personal Kindness Journals to plan positive intentions and reflect in the afternoons.
The Kindness Journal may also be used as an assessment tool.

As part of Life Ed Queensland Harold’s Kind Classrooms program, the Student Kindness Journal is a notebook for each student, to set daily intentions and reflect in the afternoons. The 25-page journal, covers 5 weeks of the Harold’s Kind Classrooms program, with easily designed sections to record their kindness journey.
Each morning students use their Kindness Journal to set intentions for the day. The journal asks students to write down two ways to be kind to others, and two ways to be kind to themselves.
In the afternoon, students reflect and comment on their day and previously set intentions.
The Student Kindness Journal can provide teachers with insight into how students are feeling.
