First steps to understanding healthy relationships, identity and puberty.

Life Ed’s Foundation modules of Talk About It provide students with an introduction to all three areas of learning.  Students will explore the characteristics of healthy relationships and how to manage peer pressure and conflict through assertive communication.  They will define identity, the factors that influence identity and explore diversity and the importance of belonging.  During Foundation modules, students will be introduced to the basics of puberty including physical, social and emotional changes that may occur.

Life Education Queensland Healthy Harold Talk About It Foundation

Each module is between 60 and 90 minutes in length and is delivered within the classroom with the class teacher present. Children are given the opportunity to ask anonymous questions and are strongly encouraged to speak with their parent or caregiver about what they learned during their session. Please visit our Tips for Parents section for information about how to navigate these conversations with your child.
